1. Download and install Arduino IDE
2. Connect ESP32-CAM with a USB cable to your computer
3. In the top menu bar, click the relevant COM port for your connected ESP32-CAM ← click “Select Board”
4. Select Tools → Board → esp32 → 'Al Thinker ESP32-CAM' : you have to scroll down a lot! ⇒ make sure that on the lower right corner of the IDE, the camera board showing connected port
